Wendy came up to us with a challenge.......  
" We get a lot of customers daily during the peak hours and there the wait/order time is way more than usual. We want a solution that can improve their buying experience at Wendy's "

What we Understood 

Design Thinking Workshop

We started with a design thinking session with stakeholders to understand the real problem that we are solving

1.0 Research

Following the ethnography and desk research, I began working on these questions.

With a good amount of data, I created an affinity diagram to sort and extract the Important data.
